You're suppose to say, "hey you got a fat kid." You need to stop feeding him like you are fatting a hog up for slaughter.Oh, they are so cute when they are little and fat as a butter ball, but when you have a 10 year old that his height matches his waist size and his poor little heart is giving out pumping his blood though all that fat, you need to be concerned. He needs to be running and jumping outside not sitting in front of a T.V. gaming all the time.Little kids can have heart attacks you know.
