A blast of winter weather was coating parts of the upper Midwest Monday.
This (second video) is what it looked like in Wadena, Minnesota.
There was just enough snow accumulation for the kids to make snowballs -- and for their parents to scrape off the car.
The snow has moved out -- but the mercury will have a tough time getting into the 40s the next couple of days.
And, Denver is getting an early taste of wintry weather.
Light snow fell on the city Friday morning.
The National Weather Service predicted less than an inch will accumulate before the snowfall tapered off Friday afternoon.
But drivers in the area were warned to watch out for icy slushy roads.
