Safe Sunscreen


Just in time for the tanning season a list of the best and worst sunscreens, has just been released.
The 2012 sunscreen guide by the environmental working group gives tips on what to look for and what to avoid.
Sunscreens labeled broad spectrum are the best choices to protect the skin.
These products guard against UVA and UVB rays.
Look for a sun protection factor or SPF of at least 15, but generally no higher than 50.
