President Carter Volunteers with Habitat Group

Former President Jimmy Carter and his wife Rosalynn are in the Twin Cities helping out with a Habitat for Humanity project.

The 2010 work project is an initiative to build, renovate and repair 26 homes this week and highlight the need for affordable housing.

The Carters will volunteer on construction projects in Minneapolis and St. Paul, Minnesota.

The former president wasted no time getting back in the swing of things following a brief hospitalization last week.
