President Obama's approval rating is at an all-time low.
That's according to a new poll by the Wall Street Journal.
It shows 42-percent approve of the president's job performance. That's a drop of 5-points from earlier this month.
The Commander in Chief isn't the only one dealing with low approval ratings.
Fifty-three percent say they see the Republican party in a negative light.
Seventy-five percent say Congress is contributing to the problems in Washington, and 63-percent say they want to replace their own congressman.
