Mortgage Rate Numbers

Mortgage rates are at another new low.
This is the third straight week for the record drops.
Freddie Mac officials say the rate on a thirty year mortgage dipped to three point seven nine percent.
The fifteen year option dipped to 3.0% to 4.0%.
For those who can qualify for a mortgage, these low interest rates have made home buying and refinancing more affordable.
Foreclosures fell in April, as well.
According to Realty Trac, the number of homes banks seized declined and fewer properties entered the foreclosure process.
