Mn:Teen Graduates Via Skype

An extended stay in the hospital couldn't keep a Minnesota teen from his graduation.

Ross Henderson used Skype to join the ceremony from his hospital bed.

The teen had to have an emergency amputation after his leg got caught in farm equipment just days before the ceremony.

The operation required Ross stay in the hospital a few days.

Henderson's brother took a camera to the graduation and linked it to Skype so Ross could participate.

"Seeing all my friends up there, waving, smiling at me, they think I'm part of the group still. It feels like I'm there actually.

The teen's brother walked across the stage for him and accepted his diploma.

Ross was even able to toss his hat, like his classmates.
