Tornadoes roared over parts of northern Kansas for a second straight day Tuesday. No injuries have been reported.
Scattered property damage was reported late Tuesday afternoon in the small Nemaha County town of Corning.
Authorities there said a tornado destroyed at least one home and damaged another, while several sheds and outbuildings were also hit.
Farther west, a large tornado was reported north of Salina near the Ottawa County town of Bennington.
Tuesday's violent weather follows an outbreak Monday (5/27) night that saw at least four tornadoes in northeastern Kansas counties. Two businesses and about 20 homes in Maryville were damaged or destroyed.
