Police in Providence, Rhode Island located the owner of the Jeep that was submerged in the water near the bridge on Charles Street, Sunday (3/30).
Authorities say the owner somehow misjudged where he was driving and ended up in the water, and luckily was able to get out safely.
Fire officials say they received a call at 4:30 am Sunday morning alerting them to the submerged vehicle.
Crews got on scene and searched the car but found no one inside.
The fire department will not be able to tow the Jeep out until flood conditions improve.
