The temperatures have been going up, but gas prices have been going down.
According to the Lundberg survey, the cost for a gallon of self-serve regular was $3.74.
That's a 17 cent drop over the past three weeks.
Analysts say an over-supply of gas and weaker demand has caused the cost to go down and predict prices will fall over the next few weeks.
The lowest gas in the U.S. is found in Jackson, Mississippi.
The highest is in Chicago.
