Gas Can Strapped Into Car Seat, Not Child

Can you spot what's wrong with this picture?

Colorado police pulled over a mom during a seat belt enforcement campaign last week.

This is what they found - a gas can strapped in a car seat and a toddler next to it only wearing a lap band.

Colorado law requires all children under eight to be in a child safety seat.

The officer snapped a picture and posted the it on the Colorado Department of Transportation's Facebook page.

The mom and a 14-year-old also in the car were not wearing seat belts.

The unidentified driver was cited on three seat belt violations and for not having proof of insurance.
