Dying Dad Sees Daughter Married

A Boston father's dying wish was granted yesterday (Sunday), when he gave his daughter's hand in marriage at a ceremony at Massachusetts General Hospital.

Ed Hayes is dying from cancer, and doctors weren't sure if he would live until his daughter's April 27th wedding.

So Diana Hayes moved her ceremony to April first, and held it in the hospital's healing garden so that her dad could walk her down the aisle, which he did in his wheelchair.

And the love story didn't end with his daughter's vows.

Hayes and his wife renewed their vows after his daughter got married.
