ATLANTA (AP) - Delta Air Lines says it will decide later whether it will be canceling additional flights tomorrow out of Atlanta.
The airline scrubbed hundreds of departures from its hub today -- though some passengers are pointing out that the flights would have taken off hours before snow began falling in Atlanta this afternoon.
The storm is making its way north. And a Delta spokesman says anyone with travel plans through Boston, New York, Baltimore, Washington and Newark, N.J., tomorrow or Monday will be able to change their flight without penalty, as long as they fly by Dec. 29.
AirTran is also offering to waive ticket-change fees for some flights scheduled for this weekend and Monday in the South and Mid-Atlantic.
