WASHINGTON (AP) - A Washington attorney who has lectured at George Washington University's law school has been charged with child sexual exploitation.
Federal agents say Richard Donald Lieberman, a former adjunct lecturer, was arrested Thursday in Tampa, Fla.
Lieberman is accused of sending sexually explicit Internet messages to two girls he believed were younger than 16 but who were actually undercover agents in Florida.
Lieberman's lawyer, Jeffrey Jacobovitz, declined to comment Friday, and GW officials say he was last employed by the school in the fall of 2010. The school said he is not a current GW employee.
