Cathay Pacific Emergency Landing

Panicking passengers turned to prayer as a Cathay Pacific flight with one engine ablaze made an emergency landing in Singapore on Monday.

An iReporter captured this video from the tarmac after he and the rest of the passengers deplaned.

Oliver Gottschall says one of the plane's engines exploded mid-air about 35 minutes into the flight.

The passenger says noise from the fiery engine drowned out the crew's instructions but everyone remained calm.

A Christian group on board reportedly began to pray as others started singing quietly.
Minutes later, everyone was safe on the ground.
