Bone-Chillingly Cold in Minnesota

A wind chill warning is in effect for Duluth, Minnesota, where the temperature got down to a mind-numbing 21 below zero Thursday morning.

The wind chill factor was even worse, if you can imagine--minus 30!

Steam formed on Lake Superior because the water temperature, even though it's just above freezing, is more than 50 degrees warmer than the air.

That's good news for some ducks, which are swimming in the area, at least able to keep their webbed feet relatively warm underwater.
