MONTGOMERY, Ala. (AP) -- Federal authorities say a Montgomery woman has been sentenced to over four years in prison on charges of conspiracy, wire fraud and aggravated identity theft.

The U.S. Attorney for the Middle District of Alabama Monday announced that Natacia Webster has been sentenced to 50 months in prison and is ordered to pay $113,000 in restitution.

Authorities say Webster worked in the central records office of a state agency and stole personal information from databases that she passed on to her accomplice, Melinda Clayton.

Officials say Clayton used the stolen information to file false federal tax returns. Clayton was sentenced earlier this year to 61 months in prison.

Following her federal prison sentence, Webster is ordered to serve three years of supervised release.
