Federal transportation officials say airline passengers won't be able to avoid body imaging screening or pat downs based on religious beliefs.

Passengers who refuse the security regulations won't be allowed to board flights.

Civil rights groups say the screening violates civil liberties, including the freedom of religion and the right to privacy.
