You've heard of the liger, but what about the "zedonk”? It's a hybrid of a zebra and a donkey, and yes, it does exist.
A week ago one was born at the Chestatee Wildlife Preserve in Dahlonega, GA.
She has black stripes on her legs and face, and according to the preserve's founder has zebra instincts. Donkeys and zebras don't generally mate, but every now and then a zedonk turns up.
