You know the crash-test dummies car makers use for safety tests?
Well, the world's most famous one is being retired to the Smithsonian National Archives.
GM's crash-test dummy, 50H-1 has been helping save lives for 50 years.
Now he's going to be part of a collection of automotive safety advancements that will be part of the Smithsonian's permanent collection.
The collection also includes the clothes worn by “Vince and Larry”, the talking crash-test dummies from the ad campaign sponsored by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration and the Ad Council.
