First Federal Court Hearing for Arizona Immigration Law

The first major court hearing challenging Arizona's new immigration law is scheduled for Thursday.

The law would allow police, while enforcing other laws, to question the citizenship of anyone they suspect is in the country illegally.

It's set to take effect July 29.
