President Obama is unveiling a new national strategy for fighting HIV and AIDS Monday.

The administration's goal is to reduce the number of new infections in the United States by 25 percent over the next five years.

The new policy targets groups with the highest risk and aims to get treatment to more patients within three months of their diagnosis.
