Many Diets Lacking Vitamins And Minerals

If you're changing what you eat to lose weight, you may also want to consider how you're changing your intake of vitamins and minerals.

A new study following women on different popular diets found many were missing out on vitamins and minerals.

More than 65 percent weren't getting enough Vitamin E.

Women on the Zone diet fared the best. Their risk for deficiencies of Vitamins A, E, K and C were significantly less than women on other diets.
