NEWARK, Del. (AP) - The White House says Vice President Joe Biden's son has suffered a mild stroke, and is expected to make a complete recovery.
Beau Biden, 41, was admitted to a Delaware hospital Tuesday morning. The White House says he is in good spirits and is talking with his family at the hospital. He is fully alert and has full motor and speech skills, the White House said.
Biden serves as Delaware's attorney general.
