3 Montgomery Deaths Thought to be Linked

MONTGOMERY, Ala. (AP) - Montgomery police say they are investigating three deaths as homicides, and that they believe all
three cases are related.

Police say they found the body of 51-year-old Robert Kendrick of
Montgomery on Wednesday afternoon.

They say Kendrick is the son of 88-year-old Vincyid Saffold, whose body was discovered Tuesday at a Montgomery home. At the same residence, police found the body of 42-year-old Herman Caggey Jr. in a storage shed behind the home.

Autopsies found that Saffold and Caggey died of bullet wounds.

A forensic exam is planned for Kendrick's body to determine the
specific cause of his death.
