2 Men Accused of Taping Tanners Head to Trial

ANDALUSIA, Ala. (AP) - Jurors could soon hear the case against two Florala men accused of taping customers while they tanned at a video store.

District Attorney Walt Merrell said the case against Tim Townsend and Ricardo Perez is set to go to trial this week.

Townsend and Perez face one count of criminal surveillance, along with drug charges, after they were accused of taping customers as they undressed to tan at Westside Video.

I had been in a tanning salon several times years ago, and anyone that peaked or took photos of women would just see them in their underwear on the tanning bed. No different than wearing a two piece bathing suit, however being a privacy issue these women need to sue, as photos could end up on line.
