Gov't. Shuts Down 7-Year-Old's Lemonade Stand

In Oregon, a 7-year-old girl is getting apologies after her lemonade stand was shut down by the government.

The little girl, Julie Murphy, set up a lemonade stand at an art fair in Portland last week. That's when two inspectors approached her and said she had to pack up and leave for not having a license to sell.

On Thursday, the county chairman called and apologized for what happened, saying the rules enforced on Julie only applied to professional food service operators.
