National Candy Month: Reese Cups and Bar None

June is National Candy Month, and to mark the occasion, every day during the start of the month, News 4 This Morning looks at a popular current candy and one that is no longer being made.

Reese's Peanut Butter Cups were introduced in 1928, and remain an extremely popular candy. They are peanut butter covered in chocolate, and typically sold in groups of two and four. There are a lot of variants of Reese's Cups sold as well, such as the Holiday-themed Peanut Butter Eggs, White Chocolate Cups, Minis, Big Cups and many more. There are many peanut butter and chocolate Reese spin-off candies as well.

Hershey has many varieties of chocolate bars that are sold from the classic Milk Chocolate to Mr. Goodbar, but one is no longer made: the Bar None. The Bar None was first released by the Hershey Company in 1986. The bar featured wafers coated in chocolate with peanuts and caramel inside. Despite lasting over a decade on store shelves in the United States, it was eventually discontinued in 1997. However, the Barnone can still be found in Mexico stores.
