PIKE COUNTY -- U.S. Representative Martha Roby spent the day in Pike County on Tuesday. She spoke with students at the Pike County High School, toured the Walmart Distribution Center in Brundidge and met with community members in Banks.
Roby said meeting people in the communities she represents and hearing their input helps her make decisions in Washington.
"I have these anecdotes to share on behalf of the people of Alabama's second district to demonstrate that there are real life examples, this isn't some thirty thousand foot view, this is I have spoken to this person who has been negatively impacted," Roby said.
