Getting proper healthcare isn't a walk in the park.
But in Dothan, one group is trying to make this process a little easier for disadvantaged people.
The Samaritan clinic is run by the Love in Action Ministries.
It's a free health clinic for the homeless, women from the House of Ruth and people on work release.
They provide general medical care and have eye, foot, and mouth specialists.
Martha Tuck, of the Love in Action Ministries explains, "those that don't have glasses, can't see, you know they come out here and are like...I can see you know i can read better now or just somebody knowing that their blood pressure was taken care of on a regular basis "
The clinic is every Thursday starting at 5pm.
It's run on a completely volunteer basis, so they can always use donations.
