JEBALIYA REFUGEE CAMP, Gaza Strip (AP) -- A health official in Gaza says the Palestinian toll from more than three weeks of Israel-Hamas fighting is now at least 1,250 killed, and more than 7,100 wounded.

Some of the latest deaths happened this morning when Israeli tank shells slammed into a U.N. school where Palestinians had taken refuge.

At least 15 people were killed and 90 wounded. And the Israeli military also hit five mosques they claim were being used by militants.
