So ... you're with child … and want to make a little extra money! But really? Are people actually selling their pregnancy tests online?
Check out this Craigslist ad from, Buffalo, New York: "positive pregnancy Test, 25 dollars. The poster goes on to say, "I don't care what you use it for … not my business."
Another similar post out of New Jersey, says "want to get your boyfriend to finally pop the question? Play a trick on Mom or Dad?
There's civil liability and there could be criminal liability as well.
KPIX 5 Legal Analyst, Paul Henderson, says the sellers of positive pregnancy tests probably aren't going to jail. Unless someone used their tests in a fraud or blackmail and they knew about it.
