Over in Spain, they have the Running of the Bulls, but in Ohio, they have the Running of the Rednecks.
The Annual Redneck Run took place Thursday morning in Belmont County, Ohio.
It's when they open the gates to the fairgrounds for the giant country music festival.
Concert-goers race to stake out a spot for the weekend.
As you can see, they really do run fast, armed with their blankets and tarps.
Everybody seems to have their favorite spots. Some people want to be near the stage, others want a spot along a walkway so their friends and family members can find them.
Others, want to be close-- but not too close-- to the port-a-johns since they'll be out there all weekend.
