With the month of June concluding for the weekday edition of WTVY News 4 This Morning, here is a look at some of the most popular stories of the unusual and entertainment kind that debuted on our show.

#5 – Chris P. Bacon - Chris P. Bacon was a pig who was born with problem back legs. However, a Florida veternarian took him in and made him a custom set of wheels so he can keep moving around.

#4 – Shin Kicking Championships in England - This was from an unusual competition in Great Britain, the annual shin-kicking championships! In the competition, those taking part try to kick their competitors to the ground, some even use things taped around their shins to soften the blows.

#3 – Siberia Snowfall - Snow is nothing unusual, but it's definitely news-worthy when it happens in June, even in Siberia! On June 14th, snow fell in the part of Russia known for tis frigid temperatures, but it came a day after highs were in the mid 80s there! And, it wasn't just a light dusting: the snow fell down hard and accumulated.

#2 St. Petersburg Tornado/Waterspout - Staying with the weather theme, cell phone video was captured by kevin burke in Saint Petersburg, Florida caught a twister on tape. the storm began as a waterspout, but then slammed into a dock, destroying it and even tossing a trampoline into the air. Despite the damage, there were no injuries.

#1 – My Little Pony Comic Sales Tens of Thousands Per Month - Earlier this week, we told you about how the comic book based on the animated series, My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, was selling tens of thousands of issues a month. This is thanks in part to the Bronies, the teenage and adult fans who love the show.
