A library book lost overseas was returned to Sacramento, thanks to a stranger's random act of kindness.
Someone found this "Eyewitness Travel" Japan book at a train station in Tokyo.
When that person realized the book was borrowed from the Sacramento Library, they decided to mail the book back.
The person who originally borrowed that book is now off the hook for a replacement and lost fee.
