Area farmers are preparing for a potential freeze tonight.
Strawberry and peaches are the main crops that could be harmed if frost gets to them.
Strawberry fields can be protected with a covering to insulate them.
At Aplin Farms they're using drip irrigation to keep the ground wet and keep it warm.
They'll also be burning some hay bales to create a layer of smoke.
John Aplin says he expects his losses to be minimal but they're taking all precautions.
