1103rd Combat Sustainment Support Battalion Honored at Ceremony

Posted: 09/08/2013 - An audience of family, friends and fellow soldiers filled the Lakeview Resort & Conference Center in Eufaula on Saturday to honor a group of local soldiers heading overseas. They honored the men and women who will go to Afghanistan sometime in mid-October. The Alabama Army National Guard's 1103rd Combat Sustainment Support Battalion's mission is to bring other soldiers home to their families.

Historic Aircraft Finds Permanent Home in Ozark

Updated: 08/24/2013 - Veterans, soldiers and civilians all connected today at Blackwell Field Airport. They had the chance to ride in a UH-1H Huey and an AH-1F Cobra Attack Helicopter. The Army Aviation Heritage Foundation and the Friends of Army Aviation-Ozark chose to permanently station the two air crafts in Ozark.
