A retired Houston County engineer is giving back to the community in his spare time.
Mark Pool has started a non-profit organization called "White Tail Warriors". He wants to give disabled combat veterans a chance to hunt.
"were going to give them the carts the trailer and a good place to hunt. they've gone over there and got shot up, we owe it to them.
all funded by the tag," said Pool.
The money to fund this will come from car tags. Pool says the tags are $43. The golf cars will be free to veterans. To see if you qualify you have to fill out an application.
