Soldier Indicted After FBI Says He Hid Grenades

The Columbus Ledger-Enquirer reports that 23-year-old Stuart L. Adcock was charged with transporting a grenade and lying to federal
agents.

Adcock's fiancee Megan Wencel faces one count of making a false statement to a federal agent.

The FBI searched Adcock's apartment last month after an estranged in-law said he'd seen Adcock with a grenade.

Authorities say Adcock denied having explosives and agreed to the search.

Authorities say Adcock called Wencel as agents were en route and told her to hide the explosives.

Agents didn't find explosives in the apartment but later found some when they checked a wooded area where Wencel had been seen
walking.

So what? I guess they charged him because his ex-inlaws say he has a grenade. Perhaps his ex-inlaws placed the grenades in a place where they have seen him walk, therefore setting him up for the bust. Anyone could have placed the grenade in the area. I guess he is guilty by association of his job, and possible ex-in laws who may do anything to ruin him because they simply do not like him.....
