Sexual Assault in the Military

Earlier this month, the Pentagon released a report showing sexual assaults in the military have gone up 46 percent in the last year.

The Senate is vowing to pass legislation that would make it easier for victims to come forward.

It would also increase punishments for convicted offenders.

As Susan McGinnis tells us coming up at Live at Lunch, while Senators agree something needs to change, they disagree on what the changes should be.
