A Fort Rucker soldier is now facing child pornography and drug charges.
Army Sergeant Dustin Hogan, from Illinois, was arrested for possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and a controlled substance.
During a search of his home investigators found pornographic videos and photos of Hogan with an eight and ten year old child.
He's currently been charged with 36 counts of child pornography.
"We’re going to try our best to keep him here. Once we get our investigation complete, then we in turn are going to send this investigation to his local state where he's from and let them follow up on the other charges," says Coffee County Sheriff's Office Chief Ronnie Whitworth.
Coffee County’s district attorney Gary McAliley says this is the worst case he has seen in his 35 years serving as a judge and D.A.
