The Pakistani teenager shot by the Taliban was the guest of honor at a library opening in England Tuesday.
Malala Yousafzi unveiled a plaque in her name and celebrated the power of education.
The girls rights advocate says she's proud the 10-story library is in the city she calls her second home. She says the 400,000 books inside are powerful tools.
The library may soon feature Malala's writing as well. She recently signed a book deal worth a reported $3 million.
Later this week, Malala will be presented with the International Children's Peace Prize in the Netherlands.
