The so-called honeymoon killer has pleaded not guilty in the 2003 scuba diving death of his wife.
David Gabriel Watson entered the plea today during a brief hearing in a Birmingham court.
He's accused of killing his 26-year-old wife, Tina, during their honeymoon to Australia.
Watson pleaded guilty to negligent homicide in Australia in 2008 and served 18 months in prison.
Watson's murder trial has been set for May 23.
