Chavez to Undergo More Cancer Surgery in Cuba

CARACAS, Venezuela (AP) -- Venezuela's military high command is
publicly reaffirming its loyalty to President Hugo Chavez as he prepares for surgery in Cuba to remove a possibly cancerous tumor.

Military leaders said during a ceremony Saturday they're praying for Chavez's health and said they're confident he'll recover.

Navy Adm. Anibal Brito's message to the president: "With you, everything; without you, nothing." He spoke during a ceremony
inaugurating a naval training vessel named after independence
leader Simon Bolivar.

Military officers have used the phrase before to signal allegiance to Chavez.
