Belarusian state news agency says 7 people are killed and 35 are wounded after blast that ripped through one of the capital

MINSK, Belarus (AP) - Belarusian state news agency says 7 people
are killed and 35 are wounded after blast that ripped through one
of the capital's subway stations.

An Associated Press reporter at the scene saw heavily wounded
people being carried out of the Oktyabrskaya station, including one
person with missing legs.

There was no immediate indication of whether the blast was an
accident or a terrorist attack.
