Unique Holiday of August 22nd: National Tooth Fairy Day

It's an unofficial holiday that pays tribute to the magical fairy that places quarters, dollars, or other small surprises for children who place lost baby teeth under their pillow.

While a child sleeps after losing a tooth, he or she often wakes up to find a little bit of money under their pillow--that's thanks to the Tooth Fairy!

Tell us how much you got as a kid from the Tooth Fairy, and how much your children get--if you have them. And, did anyone you know get something besides money?
