One person has been hospitalized after crashing an ultralight aircraft into a body of water in Miami-Dade County.
A spokesman with the National Transportation Safety Board says the crash occurred Saturday morning.
Miami-Dade Fire Rescue authorities responded to the scene and the pilot was airlifted to a nearby hospital.
No information on the pilot's identity or condition has been released.
The NTSB and the Federal Aviation Administration are investigating the crash.
