Two Accused of Making Meth-Lab in Dothan Hotel Room

The Dothan Police Department’s Narcotics Division arrested two people after they allegedly created a Meth-Lab at an area hotel.

John Tyler Bound, 20, of Ashford and Sara Nebel, 21, of Webb, were arrested and charged on Thursday, June 20. Authorities say Bounds and Nebel were in the process of manufacturing Methamphetamine in a room at the Best Value Inn and Suites in Dothan.

Investigators say they smelled a strong chemical odor coming from inside the room. Once inside, they found several items used for manufacturing methamphetamine.

Nebel and Bounds were both charged with first degree manufacturing of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond for each has been set at $515,000.
