The Alabama Department of Public Safety states that Vincent P. Turner, 24, died Tuesday morning after he lost control of the 1993 Cadillac he was driving. The car left the roadway and struck a guard rail.
Turner had recently moved to Ozark from Tacoma, Washington.

The man who died in Tuesday morning's 231 South crash has been identified as Ozark resident, Vincent Paul Turner, 24.

The Houston County Sheriff's Department has confirmed one fatality in a traffic accident on Highway 231 South. Authorities shut down both southbound lanes due to the severity of the crash, turning 231 North into a two-lane, north south corridor to handle traffic.
