UPDATE: Victims Identified in Graceville Double Murder (4:45 p.m.)

Graceville Police have identified the victims in a Graceville double murder. James Gilley and Alicia Sapp were murdered in their Graceville home on Peanut Lane late on Thanksgiving night.

Police have arrested James Gilley's son, 31-year-old Joseph Gilley, in connection with the shootings. A five-hour manhunt late on Thursday night, early into Friday morning led to Joseph Gilley's arrest.

Authorities were alerted about a possible shooting at 10:45 p.m. on Thursday night. An investigation led to the discovery of two shooting victims.

Joseph Gilley will appear in court on Saturday morning, charged with two counts of open murder. He is accused of murdering his father, James Gilley and his father's girlfriend, Alicia Sapp.

UPDATE - 9:00 a.m.

GRACEVILLE, FL, The Jackson County Sheriff's Office has arrested a man wanted for a double homicide on Thanksgiving Day.

The double homicide occurred around 10:30 p.m. on Thursday night in Graceville. The victims are a man and a woman. Their identities are not being released at this time.

The suspect, 31-year-old Joseph Gilley, was caught around 3:30 Friday morning after a five hour manhunt by Jackson County deputies and the Graceville Police Department.

A Graceville Police Officer was notified of a possible shooting at 10:45 p.m. on Thanksgiving night. Upon arriving at the scene, two people were found with gunshot wounds.

One of the victims vehicles was missing from the residence. It was later found abandoned.

A possible suspect was identified as Joseph Gilley. After a five-hour manhunt, Gilley was located at a relatives home and taken into custody.
